September 14, 2015 - CLEAR PVC!
One of the initial reasons for development of polyurethane bumpers was that a truly clear PVC was not available. Well... now it is! PADit PVC bumpers which were previously available in natural are now also available in crystal clear as a 5020 color suffix instead of the 5005 suffix used for natural. Many of the PADit polyurethane products are now available as clear PVC products. The new WE5002-00-02-5020 bumper shown below is an example of this updated product. These bumpers come standard with Acrylic based tape, like all of our PVC products. Clear PVC bumpers are nominal 55 to 65 Shore A hardness. This is the same as all our other PVC products, and softer than the competition.

Shrink wrapping is now available for PADit bumper products. Wrapping individual sheets over a corrugated pad (shown below) is a common method of breaking a carton for sale or for use in smaller lots.
